Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in Millville, NJ. On-site collaboration with center leadership and medical staff is required.

At least 1 year of provider experience is preferred and the role offers a no-on-call schedule with weekends off. The base hourly rate is $59–$62, with a no-cap incentive compensation program and potential relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program with RN license and NP certification (MSN) in Older Adult and/or Family NP.
• PA applicants must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited PA program and pass the PANCE; PA licensure and NCCPA certification required.
• Minimum two years of adult or geriatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents on-site.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to deliver care.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, DEA, and state requirements.
