AlignMed Partners seeks a full-time Advanced PracticeProvider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in Quakertown, PA. A minimum of 1 year of provider experience is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with Older Adult or Family NP focus
• PA credentials: state licensure and NCCPA certification; ARC-PA program and PANCE

Responsabilités

• Reports to Director of Clinical Practice and/or Area Clinical Practice Manager
• Collaborates on-site with Center Leadership Team for center goals and priorities
• Collaborates with Medical Director/Attending Physician for patient medical care
• Provides primary and urgent care to nursing center residents
• Supports AlignMed Partners' mission of high-quality health care and compassion
