Qualifications

• Active state licensure and NCCPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with leadership and medical staff on goals and priorities.
• Coordinate patient care with center leadership and treating physicians.
