Job summary
AlignMed Partners is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for Complete Care at Burlington Woods in Burlington, NJ. This role requires at least 1 year of provider experience and offers a base salary range of $120,640–$126,880 with incentive compensation.
Work-life balance is emphasized with no on-call or weekend requirements. The Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate with Center Leadership and the Medical Director to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.
- Nurse Practitioner with MSN and Older Adult/Family NP concentration preferred or PA with ARC-PA accreditation.
- DEA license for practice in relevant states; PA with DEA as applicable.
- Minimum 2 years of adult/geriatric clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Report to Director of Clinical Practice or Area Clinical Practice Manager.
- Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership to meet goals and priorities.
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with other providers.
