Qualifications

• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Certifications based on patient population may be required (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit operations, nursing practice, customer experience, budgetary performance, HR activities, and quality outcomes.
• Provide guidance and direction in conjunction with the Unit/Department Nursing Operations Manager.
