Qualifications

• Bachelor in Nursing Degree (BSN) required or
• Bachelor in Nursing (BSN) with Graduate degree in Business or health-related field preferred.
• Masters in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated unit/department in partnership with the Unit/Department Nursing Operations Manager.
• Provide guidance and direction on all aspects of unit operations including customer experience, budgetary performance, human resources activities, shared leadership, and quality outcomes.
