Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital seeks an Assistant Nurse Operations Manager for the Med Tele Unit. You will share accountability with the Nursing Operations Manager for nursing practice, budget, HR activities, and quality outcomes, while guiding staff in patient care and service excellence.

Leading 24/7 operations, you will recruit, schedule, and mentor team members, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with standards. A BSN and Florida RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Nursing Degree (BSN) required and RN licensure in Florida or NLC.

• Oversee unit operations, including nursing practice and administrative oversight.
• 3-Participate in recruitment and selection of new team members.
• 4-Coordinate with HR on corrective action and career advancement.
• 5-Conduct nurse leader rounds and participate in quality initiatives.
• 6-Ensure patient flow and scheduling supports safe staffing and outcomes.
• 7-Lead staff meetings and huddles, promoting teamwork and accountability.
