Job summary
Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital is seeking a Nursing Operations Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for Med Surg A2. The NOM will guide patient care delivery, staff development, and financial management to achieve hospital goals.

Qualifications
- BSN required.
- MSN/DNP or BSN with graduate business/health field preferred.
- 2 years as RN in acute care. Required.
- 1 year leadership experience. Required.
- Current FL RN license or Compact license.
- Current BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Directs and evaluates delivery of patient care to achieve sustained outcomes.
- Plans and leads delivery of care to meet standards and patient flow goals.
- Manages unit budget and staffing in cost-effective way.
- Leads change initiatives and process improvements in nursing operations.
- Ensures safety, high reliability, and quality outcomes for patients and staff.
- Oversees talent development, recruitment, mentorship, and performance.
