Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical nurse experience.
• At least 1 year in leadership/supervisory roles.
• CT state RN licensure required; CT licensure eligibility acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient flow and collaborate with the charge nurse and medical teams to ensure safe, efficient care.
• Ensure safe staffing levels and clinical competence across units.
• Support financial performance through unit operations and forecasting.
• Model PFCC and promote service excellence across patient and family interactions.
• Conduct regular rounding to maintain unit visibility and quality of care.
