Vita of New Whiteland is seeking an experienced ADON to supervise and mentor our clinical team, shaping resident care through training, scheduling, and guidance.

Under the Director of Nursing, you will assess new residents, craft individualized care plans, promote wellness, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure compassionate, high-quality care while upholding privacy and quality initiatives.

Formación

• Requires valid state licensure as LPN or RN.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Prior senior care experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills with compassion and dignity.

Responsabilidades

• Train, schedule, and guide clinical team toward delivering quality care.
