Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to supervise and mentor the clinical team in delivering exceptional care experiences. You will train staff, schedule shifts, and ensure compassionate, person-centered care for residents.

You will conduct initial assessments of prospective residents, develop tailored care plans, and collaborate with physicians and family members to maintain high-quality health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have valid RN or LPN licensure in state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in senior care or healthcare setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Demonstrates compassion, dignity, and customer-focused care.

Responsibilities
