Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to supervise the clinical team, train staff, and ensure exceptional resident care. You will assess residents, create individualized care plans, and promote wellness while engaging families and providers to coordinate health information.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, continuous learning, and participation in quality initiatives, with opportunities for advancement in a supportive senior care environment.

Qualifications

• Holds valid LPN or RN licensure in the relevant state.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Prior senior care experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités
