Job summary

Brookwood Baptist Health Hospital seeks a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (CANM) to lead shift operations and ensure high-quality patient care and optimal flow. You will work with Nursing Operations leadership to assign care, monitor patient status, and drive safety and quality outcomes in a high-acuity setting.

The CANM will oversee staffing, collaborate with care coordinators, discharge planners, and frontline staff, and participate in leadership initiatives to sustain a best-place-to-work

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current RN licensure in state of practice with BLS.
• Experience in nurse leadership roles and unit management.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure delivery of high-quality care.
• Coordinate patient flow and staffing based on acuity and team skills.
