Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Manager Nursing at St. Joseph Warren Hospital to lead daily operations, oversee clinical teams, and drive excellence in patient care. You will mentor staff, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and manage productivity and strategic initiatives to improve outcomes.

The role requires a BSN with 3+ years of leadership nursing experience; MSN or related field preferred. RN license in state or compact is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience as a professional nurse with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• BSN required.
• MSN or related field preferred.
• Compact state RN license required or licensed to practice in issuing state.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily operational oversight, management, and clinical support to the health care team.
• Serves as a professional role model, mentor, and clinical resource.
• Responsible for meeting productivity targets for assigned department.
• Responsible for implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Supports the mission and vision of the organization.
• BSMH nurses are expected to practice and deliver care in accordance with the core concepts and intention of the BSMH Nursing Professional Practice Model.
