Mercy Health's St. Joseph Warren Hospital is seeking an ICU (Critical Care) Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients, using strong clinical judgment and leadership within the care team.
The role requires RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS credentials with a path to ACLS/PALS as needed; 6 months of RN experience in critical care preferred. Mercy Health offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
- BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred or obtained within specified timelines.
- Minimum 6 months RN experience in CCU/ICU or related units.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to plan and implement patient care.
- Assess patient status and prioritize interventions based on clinical judgement.
- Administer medications safely per state and organizational policy.
- Develop and evaluate care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for critical care patients.
