Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med-Surg at St. Joseph Warren Hospital in Ohio. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, collaborate with the health-care team, monitor patients, administer medications, and participate in care planning to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• Current state RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification preferred (obtainable before direct patient care); ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, document appropriately and assess patient condition.
• Evaluate and revise plans of care to meet expected outcomes.
• Administer medications safely in accordance with Mercy Health policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
