Job summary

San Juan Regional Medical Center is seeking a clinical informatics leadership role to manage and coordinate its clinical/operational systems. The position reports to the Vice President of Clinical Informatics or CIO designee and requires strong project coordination and communication.

You will work across departments to optimize EHR workflows, support Oracle Health and Cerner systems, and drive patient safety and quality outcomes through effective information services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field; equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 3 years clinical healthcare experience.
• Familiar with healthcare operational and business workflows.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination, implementation, maintenance and support of clinical and operational systems.
• Provide training and planning for system upgrades and changes.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize EHR workflows and patient safety.
• Support Oracle Health and Cerner EHR modules and related applications.
• Document requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
