US Health Partners in Delaware is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee both the clinical informatics systems and the day-to-day nursing operations. This hybrid role supports patient care, regulatory standards, and efficient system use.

You will lead a team of nursing staff, guide quality improvement initiatives, and ensure staff development while coordinating with clinical and IT teams to translate clinical needs into system functionality. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
Current RN license.
5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with 1–3 years in a management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

Coordinate workflow analysis and redesign to align new systems with clinical best practices.
Support and manage implementation timelines, testing processes, and training programs for end-users.
Monitor post-implementation performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
Oversee nursing operations within a defined area of practice, ensuring quality patient care.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering professional development and accountability.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
