Job summary

Infirmary Health is seeking a Clinical Informaticist to collaborate with a team of professionals guiding the Clinical Informatics functions across IH. You will translate clinical and operational data into actionable insights to improve quality outcomes and system-wide efficiency.

The role requires a nursing or informatics background, at least 2 years in nursing and 2 years in industry/IT, plus demonstrated leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or informatics.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in nursing.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in industry/IT.
• Proven leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrates written, interpersonal, or communication skills as appropriate to position.
• Strong understanding of clinical processes and terminology.
• Proficient with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of Clinical Informaticists providing strategic direction for Clinical Informatics functions across Infirmary Health.
• Serve as a strategic partner and liaison between nursing, clinical, and IT leadership to translate clinical and operational data into actionable insights.
• Drive quality outcomes and system-wide efficiency through data-driven decisions.
