Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst Lead to help operate and administer clinical information systems across a large, multi-regional healthcare system. You will collaborate with clinicians and IT teams to optimize workflows, manage incidents, changes and problems, and ensure patient safety through standardized processes.

You will lead projects, mentor analysts, and coordinate updates to clinical applications while maintaining high-quality end-user support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience in lieu of degree, strongly preferred.
5-7 years previous clinical information systems experience or equivalent.
2+ years project management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Clinical Informatics colleagues to drive strategic goals and vision for the department and CHRISTUS Health.
Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain assigned clinical applications, solutions and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.
Provide end-user support to clinicians, using critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
Lead multidisciplinary team initiatives and coordinate information across ministries to meet business and financial needs.
