Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC seeks a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for night shifts at a rural 50-bed facility in Warden, WA. The role focuses on patient flow, bed utilization, and coordinating admissions with physicians and care teams.

The position requires a WA RN license, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, and 3–5 years of acute care experience. ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and WA RN license.
• 3–5 years acute care clinical nursing experience in various departments.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes (InterQual and admission guidelines).
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50 bed rural facility.
• Collect and analyze data on admissions, transfers and bed availability to improve patient care and bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level and bed assignment; liaise with physicians, nursing leadership, care management and staff.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the CNO to provide direction and supervision across hospital departments.
• Reports to the CNO.
