Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor to oversee night-shift nursing operations at a 50-bed rural facility in Washington. A WA RN license and 3–5 years of acute care experience are required; ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS are preferred.
You will coordinate admissions, bed availability, and transfers to maximize patient care and utilization, and serve as Administrator on Duty when the CNO is unavailable, coordinating with physicians and nursing leadership to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
- WA Registered Nurse license required.
- Three to five years acute care clinical nursing experience.
- Experience in case management and utilization review processes.
Responsibilities
- House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility.
- Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers and bed availability to improve care and bed utilization.
- Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment; liaise with physicians, nursing leadership, unit staff, and care management.
- Act as Administrator on Duty in absence of the Chief Nursing Officer; provide direction for operational issues.
