Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is sourcing a Nurse House Supervisor (RN) for a 50-bed rural facility in Warden, WA. The role covers nights (3-12 hour shifts) and entails supervising nursing operations to maximize patient care and bed utilization.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, an active WA RN license, 3–5 years of acute care experience, and familiarity with case management and utilization review. ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Current Washington State RN license.
• 3–5 years acute care clinical nursing experience in various departments.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural facility.
• Analyze data on patient admissions, transfers and bed availability to improve care and bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level and bed assignment using admission criteria and coordinate with Physicians and Nursing leadership.
• Serve as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer.
