Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for night shifts at a 50-bed rural facility in Warden, WA. The role focuses on supervising nursing operations, monitoring admissions and bed availability, and coordinating with physicians and care teams to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

The ideal candidate has a BSN and WA RN license with 3–5 years of acute care experience; case management knowledge is essential. ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is required.
• WA State Registered Nurse license is required.
• 3–5 years of acute care nursing experience in various departments.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes (InterQual).
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural facility.
• Collect and analyze data on admissions, transfers and bed availability to improve care and bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment; liaise with Physicians and Nursing Leadership.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Reports to the CNO.
