You will supervise admissions, bed management, and coordinate with physicians and care teams; in absence of CNO, act as Administrator on Duty.

Requirements include BSN, WA RN license, 3-5 years acute care, and relevant certifications; 36-hour weeks with 3-12 shifts, relocation and sign-on bonuses offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and WA RN license.
• 3–5 years of acute care nursing experience in multiple departments.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review (InterQual, guidelines).
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural facility.
• Collect and analyze data on admissions, transfers, bed availability.
• Coordinate admissions to appropriate care levels and beds.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the CNO.
• Report to the CNO.
