Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates clinical competency assessments and training based on evaluation data and patient needs.
• Delivers education on clinical skills, critical thinking, and partner development.
• Participates in interview/selection of clinical staff and orientation for new employees.
• Performs initial competency assessments during orientation and as needed thereafter.
• Oversees preceptor program and trains staff to become preceptors; maintains standards.
