Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical competency assessment and training needs for staff.
• Provide education on clinical skills, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Participate in interview and selection of clinical staff.
• Complete initial and annual competency assessments during orientation and as needed.
• Develop and oversee preceptor program and train-the-trainer approaches.
