Job summary

Trios Health is seeking a Clinical Educator (RN) to coordinate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff education. You will develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support employee development and align with organizational goals.

You will partner with leadership to identify learning needs, implement education initiatives, and monitor performance data to drive continuous improvement. A focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and using learning systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Licensed RN with BLS and Instructor credentials within 3 years of start.
• 3–5 years recent clinical experience with mastery of relevant clinical skills.
• Sufficient previous experience in adult education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff education.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner with leadership to identify learning needs and implement education initiatives.
• Monitor and share performance data to support continuous improvement.
• Lead education-related projects and committees and provide staff coaching.
