Northwest Texas Healthcare System is seeking a Nurse Educator to coordinate onboarding and ongoing education for unit staff. You will assign preceptors, oversee orientation progress, and ensure competency validation across units in alignment with regulatory requirements.

You will support a culture of safety and Service Excellence while maintaining regulatory standards and collaborating with nursing leadership.

Competenze

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current license to practice nursing in Texas.
BSN required or national certification within one year as unit-based educator.
Three years of nursing experience; education experience preferred.
Maintain Handle with Care certification annually.
Current BLS certification prior to providing patient care.

Mansioni
