Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking an Onboarding Specialist I to support the Nursing Resource Department. You will design curricula, assess educational needs, and coordinate orientation for new clinical staff across units.

As a trusted educator, you will develop system-wide courses, lead preceptor training, and round on staff to ensure quality onboarding, complying with Freeman's Five Star Promise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Current Missouri RN license or compact-state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education or Healthcare related field.

Responsibilities

• Formulates program outcomes and curricula reflecting healthcare trends.
• Coordinates unit orientation items to onboard new employees.
• Develops and facilitates unit learning plans and preceptor training.
