Job summary

Trios Health in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Clinical Educator (FTE, Day). The role develops, implements, and organizes education activities across departments and hospital-wide programs for staff development.

The position requires a BSN, RN licensure with BLS, and 3–5 years of recent clinical and education experience. Master’s degree is preferred, with strong competency in learning management systems and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed RN with BLS certification within 3 years of starting the role.
• 3–5 years of recent clinical experience with teaching/education.
• Experience in adult education and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement education activities for staff and departments.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff education.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs to support employee development and organizational goals.
• Lead education-related projects and committees; provide coaching and subject matter expertise.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
