Job summary

Grey Stone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks a Staff Development Coordinator to lead education, competencies and audits for clinical staff. You will partner with the Director of Nursing Services to drive training, onboarding and quality assurance initiatives.

The role emphasizes staff engagement, growth opportunities, and a CARE-driven culture to support residents and teams across the center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain one.
• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations and quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring and onboarding processes.
• Engage staff to champion recognition and retention programs while promoting growth and development.
