• Serve as primary contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll needs.
• Balance staffing needs with financial performance and patient care goals.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while monitoring hours per patient day and salary expense.
• Lead the Labor Management Team to optimize KPI-driven operational results.
• Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
