Innova Solutions in Salt Lake City is seeking a Numerical Control Programmer 3 to support civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering initiatives. This full-time contract role focuses on programming and machine control data for a wide range of CNC equipment and inspection tooling.

You will work with CATIA V5, perform 5-axis programming, develop MCD, and mentor junior staff while ensuring producibility and quality. The position is onsite with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• 1+ years’ related work experience or equivalent combination (Associate level).
• 1+ years’ NC programming experience.
• Experience with CATIA V5 and 5-axis programming.
• CATPart and CATProduct creation skills.
• Familiarity with Vericut and high-speed machining.

Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Numerical Control Programmer in Salt Lake City, UT

Position type: Fulltime, Contract
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Salt Lake City, UT, Onsite

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility.
• Plans, creates, verifies and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies for departmental work.
• Identifies equipment and approaches, coordinates and assigns work and trains/mentors others.
• Works under minimal direction.
• Provides numerical control, machining and programming technical experience.
• Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility.
• Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 or more years' Experience with programming using CATIA V5
• 5 axis programming in V5 CATIA

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Associate Level)
• 1 or more years' Experience in Numerical Control programming

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• CATPart creation
• CATProduct creation and assembly functions
• High speed machining
• Vericut simulation
• Debugging and troubleshooting
• Tool creation and library management
• Configuration management principles
• 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Mid-Level)

Pay Range*: Between $55 per hour-$60 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
