Innova Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join a client in Salt Lake City, UT. The role supports manufacturing operations, working with engineers on set-up and calibration, and performing rework and quality testing on parts and assemblies.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience or 2 years post-secondary with 0-2 years related experience, and must be eligible to work on a W-2 basis.

• Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
• Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Technician

Position Type: Full-Time Contract, Contract to hire

Duration: 12 months

Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84116

As a Manufacturing Technician you will:

• Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
• Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

Ideal candidate will have

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range*: $23-$25 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
