Aecon Industrial in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Craft Recruiter to provide recruitment support for trades positions and to help foster a positive labour relations environment between project teams and trade union partners. You will collaborate with hiring managers, post requisitions, source candidates, screen resumes, and assist with onboarding documentation.

You will build relationships with business leaders, maintain job descriptions, stay current on industry recruiting trends, and take on

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in full cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment.
Knowledge of construction industry and trade unions is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsabilités

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and screening processes.
Post job requisitions, source candidates, and engage through multiple channels.
Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine qualifications.
Assist with onboarding documentation such as offer letters and agreements.
Develop relationships with stakeholders to foster effective collaboration.
Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and industry recruitment knowledge.
Perform other duties as required.
