Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in full cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of construction industry and trade unions is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and screening processes.
• Post job requisitions, source candidates, and engage through multiple channels.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine qualifications.
• Assist with onboarding documentation such as offer letters and agreements.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to foster effective collaboration.
• Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and industry recruitment knowledge.
• Perform other duties as required.
