Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking Initial License Trainees (ILT) to join the LaSalle Nuclear Station in Marseilles, IL. The role trains candidates to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators and to supervise licensed reactor operators in the control room.

Successful trainees will earn comprehensive total compensation, including a market‑leading salary and incentives, with relocation support if eligible, and a path to NRC licensing and senior supervision roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1.5+ years as Reactor Operator or Supervisor.
• Engineering degree or PE license.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) with classroom and on‑the‑job training.
• Complete all training phases to obtain an SRO license and supervise licensed operators.
• Support outage activities and operate within NRC requirements.
