Job summary

Constellation is hiring Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators supporting the LaSalle Nuclear Power Station in Marseilles, IL. The program trains you to supervise licensed reactor operators in the control room.

Upon completion you will be NRC-licensed and prepared to supervise shift operations, with relocation support and a clear path to leadership roles within a modern nuclear facility.

Qualifications

• Hazardous environment awareness and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) with classroom and on-the-job training.
• Successfully complete training to obtain an SRO license to supervise licensed operators.
• Perform duties as assigned including emergency response and outage support.
