Job summary

Constellation is seeking Initial License Trainees to become a licensed Senior Reactor Operator at Clinton Nuclear Power Station in Clinton, IL. The role trains to supervise licensed reactor operators in the control room and to prepare for NRC licensing.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED plus relevant reactor operation experience.
• Licenses: Reactor Operator license or SRO license training and certification.
• Engineering degree or equivalent plus leadership/management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) with classroom and on-the-job training.
• Complete all phases to obtain an SRO license and supervise licensed operators.
• Support outage activities and emergency response as directed by management.
