  • Establish and strengthen relationships with utilities, government/regulatory stakeholders, engineering contractors, procurement teams and other key decision‑makers.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (legal, finance, engineering, product management, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions and successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, competitor moves and regulatory developments; use this insight to shape regional strategy and new offerings.
  • Manage financial performance for the sales division: forecasts, margins, profitability, budget control.
  • Represent the organisation at industry conferences, forums and customer events across the region.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience selling valves, pumps, instrumentation or associated equipment.
  • 7+ years of sales, business development or commercial leadership experience within the nuclear energy, power generation, or infrastructure sector.
  • Proven ability to lead multifunctional teams and negotiate complex contracts at senior levels.
  • Deep understanding of nuclear industry dynamics, regulatory frameworks, procurement/pricing practices in North America.
  • Strong CRM and opportunity‑management skills (e.g., Salesforce); data‑driven decision making.
Why This Role Matters
