Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Lead Auditor to own the audit program under our nuclear quality assurance framework (ASME NQA-1). You plan the annual audit schedule, lead internal and supplier audits, write reports, and verify corrective actions.

Qualifications include NQA-1 Lead Auditor status or within 90 days, 5+ years in nuclear QA, auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and 10 CFR 21. You will travel to project sites; travel is reimbursed; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must hold NQA-1 Lead Auditor qualification or qualify within 90 days.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and 10 CFR 21.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program including internal and supplier audits.
• Lead audits end to end: notification, checklist, evidence collection, findings, and reporting; supervise auditors.
• Evaluate suppliers of safety-related items and services; maintain qualification records; support audits of our program.
