Construction Material Testing seeks a Lead Auditor to own and manage the nuclear QA audit program, ensuring compliance with ASME NQA-1 and related CFRs. The role leads internal and supplier audits, writes findings, and verifies corrective actions across projects.

You will plan annual schedules, supervise auditors and specialists, and maintain qualification records while supporting NRC-style audits and independent program reviews. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be qualified as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor or qualifiable within 90 days with documented training in auditing and participation in audits.
• Hands-on experience auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1 preferred.
• ASQ CQA a plus; must be able to present findings to stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program, including internal and supplier audits.
• Lead audits end to end: notification, checklist, entrance/exit meetings, findings, and reporting.
• Supervise auditors and technical specialists on the audit team.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers of safety-related items and services; manage corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain qualification records and support external program audits.
