Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Lead Auditor to own and drive the nuclear QA audit program, compliant with ASME NQA-1. You will plan annual audits, lead internal and supplier audits, supervise auditors, and ensure close of corrective actions with objective evidence.

The role requires experience auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and related standards, and the ability to present findings to licensees and NRC audiences. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Current qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor or qualifiable within 90 days.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with hands-on auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program, internal audits, and supplier audits.
• Lead audits end to end: notification, checklist, entrance meeting, evidence, findings, exit meeting, report.
