Job summary

S&M E is seeking an experienced engineer or geologist to support civil, environmental, and geotechnical projects in the nuclear sector, with responsibilities spanning site selection, due diligence, field exploration, and QA oversight. In the Nuclear QA Program, you may serve as PQAM or QAR, developing procedures and leading audits while coordinating with field staff and clients.

You will travel across multiple sites to ensure project quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental, construction, or related field.
• 5+ years of geotechnical or engineering project experience.
• Experience with nuclear projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field drilling operations and soil sampling.
• Analyze data to support project decisions.
• Prepare proposals and reports for client needs.
• Create detailed findings and recommendations.
• Support QA program adherence and client updates.
• Lead QA activities under NQA-1 standards.
