Job summary

S&M E seeks an experienced Project Engineer or Geologist to support civil, environmental, and geotechnical projects in the nuclear sector, with the flexibility to operate across multiple regional sites. The role includes potential PQAM/QAR duties within the Nuclear QA program and frequent field engagement.

You will travel to project sites, coordinate drilling, analyze data, and prepare client-ready reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental, construction, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of relevant geotechnical or engineering experience.
• Nuclear project experience is a plus.
• Consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites across the footprint to gain hands-on experience on complex projects.
• Coordinate field drilling operations, classify soils, and prepare boring logs.
• Analyze data and prepare proposals and reports for clients.
• Lead QA activities under the Nuclear Quality Assurance program, including audits and documentation.
