Job summary

S&ME is seeking an experienced engineer or geologist for a full-time position to support civil, environmental, and geotechnical projects in the nuclear sector. The role includes responsibilities such as field coordination, data analysis, and project management while working closely with clients and field staff.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a willingness to travel for extended periods. Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in geotechnical investigations, construction, and/or engineering projects.
• Experience with nuclear projects is a plus.
• Consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field coordination of drilling operations to collect soil samples.
• In-depth data analysis and decision-making focused on project success.
• Preparation of project proposals and reports.
• Creating detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
• Providing project and client support.
