Job summary

Day & Zimmermann Maintenance and Construction (DZMC) is seeking a Nuclear MSR Construction Manager to lead on-site construction efforts for a 2+ year project in Waynesboro, GA. The candidate will oversee craft and labor agreements and coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure safety, schedule, and cost controls.

The role requires at least 5 years in heavy industrial construction, a related degree (engineering/CM preferred), Primavera P6 proficiency, and experience managing subcontractors and

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant Construction Management experience in heavy industrial environments or similar roles.
• Experience managing project safety, human performance, and subcontractor management.
• Working knowledge of project scheduling and cost accounting processes.

• Oversight of all project construction obligations and execution under applicable craft agreements.
• Maintain effective relationships with local labor officials and stakeholders.
