RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a qualified full-time Nuclear Medicine Technologist for Somerville, NJ. The role requires graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program, NJ state license with ARRT/NMTCB, and BLS certification.

PET experience is a plus, and two years of hospital technologist experience is preferred. Expect a day shift, 40 hours per week, with a competitive pay range and a $12,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• Must possess a current NJ State license, ARRT and/or NMTCB.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs hot lab functions and handling of radiopharmaceuticals following rules and regulations.
• Calibrates dose calibrator and performs QC on gamma cameras.
• Identifies patients (IP and OP) prior to procedures and explains procedures clearly.
