Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide safe, age-appropriate care and perform exams per department procedures. You will set up equipment, position patients, and ensure quality diagnostic studies while exercising independent judgment.

This role requires an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, 1 year of clinical care experience, and ARRT Nuclear Technology certification. The position offers PRN hours with potential for up to 40 hours weekly and shift differential

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum 1 year clinical patient care experience.
• Nuclear medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper patient identification and procedure timing.
• Maintain imaging quality and adjust technique for best study.
• Assist with a wide range of NM procedures and patient care duties.
