Wellstar is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide safe, age-appropriate care and perform department exams. You will set up imaging equipment, position patients, and ensure quality diagnostic studies with independent judgment. The role requires ARRT Nuclear Technology or Cert Nuclear Med Tech and BLS.

At least 1 year in a clinical setting is expected, with nuclear medicine experience preferred. This PRN role offers access to education through CareerCare and potential up to 40 hours

Formación

• Associates Radiologic Technology degree required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience; nuclear medicine experience preferred.
• ARRT Nuclear Technology or Cert Nuclear Med Tech required.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Adjust technique to optimize image quality.
• Maintain and disinfect equipment per policy.
• Verify clinician orders and obtain patient history.
